Texans fall 23-13

The Houston Texans continued to improve on the offense with over 400 total yards..unfortunately a few untimely turnovers led to their demise...Matt schaub is really starting to come around with his second 300 plus yard passing day.Yeah he made a few bad thows but he also made a spectacular read on a double move to Andre Johnson for 69 yards and a score...Box has those niners in order and had a great game plan..ALA Frank Gore for over 100yards..The first 100 yrd rusher against the Texans defense this year.Highlighted by a spectacular 49 yard run in the 3rd quarter...Brian Cushing was quoted as saying.." I thought I had him coach,I really thought I had him."I must admit Frank Gore owned my rookie Linebacker on that one... Like I said earlier in a prev post BEWARE the HITSTICK.....EVEN on DRAG ROUTES OUCHGood job Boxx...That Big hit was a gamechanger for sure.I would post the vid but dont know how .

Nice Writeup. I like your balanced perspective on the game. It is good news for the league (not for you in that game ) that hitsticks on short passes can take away some of their consistency.
